Best Tips To Remove Unwanted Hair in Women

t's bad enough when you have a lot of hair on your body, but the most annoying is when you have a thick growth of hair on the face. Many women over the years have tried all kinds of treatments to get rid of facial hair. There are millions such stories of women struggling to cope with facial hair. If you too are one of the numerous women with the same problem, realize that you are not alone in this, and that there is a lot you can do without resorting to drastic means. The desire to remove excess or dark hair usually begins in adolescence and seems to continue until the day we die. Whether it is hair on the face, armpits, legs, bikini line, or other body parts, many women and men are intent upon having the hair on their scalp be the only visible hair on their bodies.
With the emphasis on smooth, hairless skin, it is interesting to note that excess hair, especially in women, is still a taboo subject. There are many options available to remove unwanted hair, but few options to get rid of hair permanently. The different methods of hair removal from the old stand-by, shaving, to the new treatments, lasers and vaniqa, are discussed here. Each person should chose a method or combination of methods that works best for them depending on cost, time available, skin type, and the desired hair-free area. So here are the best six hair removal methods for women:
1. Men’s hair removal products are cheaper and give good resultsMen’s shaving creams are richer, and better for the skin and are usually at least $1 cheaper than products designed for women. You’ll get a closer shave and have softer legs if you use these. Men’s razors are less expensive than women’s.
2. Chemical hair removers are trickier than you think: Do an allergy test before you use these. And if you are using them on the upper lip or bikini area, please make sure you test them on a less sensitive area of skin before putting them on your face or bikini area. Any chemical can cause a severe skin irritation. Also, if your bathroom doesn't have a window, find somewhere else to apply the product, because they have a very strong odor.

3. Waxing: Most people have a hard time inflicting pain on themselves. And if you don’t rip off the wax fast enough, the hair and the wax will stay on you and it will hurt anyway. It’s best to limit home waxing to legs and arms. Be sure always to use heated wax products. There are ones that don’t require heating, but the simple fact is, they just don’t work as well. And that’s if you can stand the pain of waxing in the first place.

4. Consider bleaching, but not where you think: Sometimes you have dark hair in places you don’t want, but the area could look odd if it were totally hairless, for example your arms. Consider bleaching products for these areas. When it comes to the face though, bleached facial hair may not be visible, but it will make your lipstick look imperfect.

5. Tweezing isn't just for eyebrows: With the help of a trusty pair of tweezers, (the sharper, the better), pluck away at the hairs you want to eliminate. In fact, it can be used for cleanup anywhere. That is if you have the time to individually puck each hair.
6. Skincare: Applications of olive oil or talc, (not both), can also soothe women’s skin irritated from hair removal. Be sure not to apply alcohol based perfumes to recently shaved areas. It will irritate them and cause redness, swelling and bumps. Shaving back and forth both against and towards the hair growth direction provides a closer shave and helps to exfoliate, allowing for fewer ingrown hairs.

Winter Glow Beauty Tips For A Happy Christmas

Christmas is a social time and whilst most of our money will be going on presents, there are a few things we can do to give our skin, hair and make-up a boost in time for the party season. We've rounded up ten of the quickest, easiest solutions (plus a few tips from mums) to help you look a million dollars.

Quick Fix Hair Remedies
Even the shiniest of locks can look lacklustre in winter. Cold weather, harsh conditions and woolly hats can accentuate dryness and frizz, but with a little tlc, you can give it a boost and restore some of that summer shine
-Use a hair mask. Whilst the shop bought varieties are good, you can get great results simply by leaving your normal conditioner in for longer. Make sure the conditioner is applied from the root to the tip and wrap your hair in a warm towel to help it penetrate the hair follicles further. Another idea is to make your own DIY hair mask. Try mixing 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of honey, apply to hair and cover with a plastic wrap or shower cap. The result? Salon fresh hair that costs next to nothing.
- Thickening hairsprays are great for thin or flat hair and make light work of this season's up-do's. If you want to give it volume, spray it directly on the roots for instant bounce and shine. For glamorous beehive's or wearing the hair up, spraying each section as you go will give it a firm hold and ensure it stays put throughout the night however much dancing you may be doing!
- Investing in a trim or - if finances allow - a re-style at the start of winter will help to preserve the hair's condition and give you more of a groomed look to last throughout the season. Salon's are great for a treat but home hairdressers are pretty good too and are often a lot cheaper. Check your local services for some hairdressers close to you.

Super Skin Boosters
The combination of cold weather, heating and harsh winds can have an exhausting effect on skin and it's common to experience dry patches, breakouts or roughness in winter. Whilst monthly facials and creams will do a lot to eliminate problems and help your skin look healthy, there are a few preventative measures you can take at home too. Try the following ideas:-
-A natural home-made face mask is great for softening skin and is simple and cheap to make. Try mixing 1 tablespoon of finely grounded oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of live organic yogurt and a few drops of honey to give it staying power when applied to the skin. Leave for 10-15 minutes, rinse with warm water and finish with a light layer of moisturizer.
- Caffeine is a bit of a bugbear for skin and can make it look dull if consumed in large quantities. Instead, keep drinking as much water as possible and try swapping that afternoon coffee for a herbal tea. Caffeine free drinks like green tea are also packed with anti-oxidants which can help protect skin against the elements.
- Exfoliation will help skin regenerate and slough away dead skin cells. There are stacks of exfoliators on the market but it's important to opt for one that suits your skin type. If you have especially sensitive skin, a fine scrub that's not too harsh will be less evasive. It's also important to moisture afterwards to keep the skin well hydrated.
- There might be a chill in the air but sunscreen is still a must - even in winter. Look for moisturizers with a minimum SPF15 and work it into your make-up too. Most foundations come with sun protection these days and will give skin an extra dose of protection.

Quick Make-Up Fixes
It's easy to get stuck in a make-up rut, but if you're prepared to shake up a little and try some new colors and textures, you'll be amazed what it can do for your confidence. Here's some ideas to get you started in time for the party season:
-Play up your eyes. Whether you love eye make up or can't be bothered with the whole apply/remove routine, your eyes are the soul of your face and can look amazing with a little make-up to enhance them. If you're an eye make up novice, try a nude shade with a little mascara and chocolate eye liner across the bottom of the eyes. For a more dramatic effect, treat yourself to some of this season's hottest make-up colors and team with lashings of liquid eyeliner and black mascara for a head-turning look.
- You don't need to be a whizz with the brushes and applicators to create a perfect effect. Utilize online tutorials for some quick tips and advice, or use your fingers to smudge color in to your lips, cheeks and eyes - it's a foolproof way to apply make-up and will help you experiment with lots of colors
-Accentuate your best bits! If you're lucky enough to have flawless skin, go for a sheer base and light tint on the cheeks, if it's your amazing eyes, draw attention to them with some new eye make up. There's always nails too - a quick buff and polish is easy to do and will give you a happy little boost no matter what your skin is doing.
- Experiment. Look at magazines, scan the web, see what other women who inspire you are wearing on their faces. Keeping on top of the latest looks will keep the ideas flowing and prevent you from falling into one of those make-up ruts that can solidify our looks for weeks, months, years at a time.

10 Habits That Improve Your Appearance

Good Habits Can Improve Ones Personality and Bad Habits Can Make A Person – Bad Man !
Sometimes We Follow Some Habits Without Knowing Their Effects Which May Cause Problems In Our Life.
On The Other Hand Some Habits Not Only Improve Our Appearance But Also Make Our Life Healthy.

No.10 – Change your bedsheets
Dirty pillow cases are a prime reason for breakouts, so switching your sheets once a week will reduce your skin’s contact with pore-clogging grime. It’s particularly important to lay out some fresh bedding if you frequently have a female in your bed, as residue from women’s makeup and hair products can get left behind on your sheets and subsequently be transferred to your face.

No.9 – Shampoo no more than once a day
Ideally, you should wash your hair no more than a few times a week as over-shampooing can strip your hair of its natural oils, leaving it dull and brittle. If you’re a regular exerciser, however, you can’t get around lathering up on a daily basis, so make sure to follow up with an intensive conditioner. For men who can’t get morning workouts in, skip the shampoo session if you shower in the a.m. And suds up only after you exercise later in the day.

No.8 – Floss every day and whiten teeth every six months
For a more attractive smile, nothing beats regular flossing as it gets rid of any unsightly buildup between your teeth. Take things one step further by using a drugstore whitening kit, which will do an excellent job of noticeably, but not freakishly, lightening the color of your teeth. Just make sure you whiten no more than once every six months or you could develop sensitive gums. For a week after whitening, avoid consuming products that could stain your teeth, such as red wine, coffee and soy sauce, and brush your teeth as soon as you can if you slip up.

No.7 – See a barber every three to six weeks
Keeping your hair trimmed is an easy way to ensure that you always look polished. It’s also typically inexpensive and quick. Once you’ve found a barber you like, stick with him so that he’ll always get it right when you come in for a cut.

No.6 – Shave after showering
Steaming up your bathroom is a bit like creating your own personal sauna. This humid environment will open up your pores, make your facial hair softer and plumper, and prime your follicles, all of which will reduce your chances of developing ingrown hairs and experiencing razor burn. If you don’t have time for a shower, create a hot compress by soaking a face towel in hot water and then applying it to your face for two to three minutes

No.5 – Cleanse, moisturize, apply eye care cream, and use lip balm every morning
A basic skin care routine is an absolute must for improving your appearance. Start with a mild cleanser, preferably one with a 2% concentration of salicylic acid to help zap zits. Follow it up two to three times a week with an exfoliant to really get the gunk out of your skin and slough off dead cells. Next, apply a moisturizer that contains a broad-spectrum SPF to replenish your skin’s moisture levels and prevent aging related to sun damage. Then dab on an eye cream, working from the outside in toward the center of your face, to hydrate and keep the thin skin in this region supple. Finally, slick on a lip balm with an SPF of 15 to keep your lips soft, smooth and kissable

No.4 – Avoid sugar and simple carbs
A diet that’s high in lean protein, vegetables, slow-digesting grains, and healthy fats is one that will reduce bloating in your belly and decrease any puffiness in your face. Furthermore, steering clear of sugar and simple carbs will go a long way toward eliminating acne or keeping it at bay as junk food, even in moderate amounts, is a common cause of troubled skin

No.3 – Get eight hours of sleep
Those seven to nine hours that you should be spending unconscious every day are when your body repairs itself. Skimping on this vital restorative process makes your entire system run less efficiently, and the signs of sleep deprivation show up on your face first. In fact, all it takes is a few nights without enough sleep before you start looking like a haggard zombie. On the other hand, prioritizing sleep will guarantee you appear refreshed and alert and it will also decrease puffy eyes and unflattering dark circles.

No.2 – Drink eight glasses of water a day
Staying hydrated keeps you healthy and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Sipping water slowly rather than pounding it also makes it easier for your body to absorb. Additionally, be mindful of your caffeine and alcohol intake. Both substances are diuretics, meaning they cause your body to release water, which can translate into pasty, dry skin and more visible fine lines. Offset your consumption of these beverages by drinking an 8oz glass of water for each caffeinated or alcoholic drink you indulge in.

No.1 – Consider exercise non-negotiable
The No. 1 way to improve your appearance is to get fit. Start thinking of exercise as a must-do item on your to-do list and you’ll slow down the aging process, get better-looking skin, increase your confidence, and on top of everything, you’ll feel amazing. Engage in physical activity in the morning, and you’ll benefit further by burning more fat and kicking off your day with a feel-good endorphin rush. An early sweat session will also boost your circulation, so you’ll have clear, bright skin all day long — a potent sign to women that you’re a virile, healthy bedmate.
